Terms and conditions
Effective from 11 October 2026. These terms apply to paid subscriptions and add-ons for the Omaisuus.com service provided by Keeplio Oy.
1. Service provider and contact details
The seller and recipient of payments is Keeplio Oy, incorporated in Finland, Business ID 3562250-4, VAT ID FI35622504. Address: Savilahdenkatu 5–7, 50100 Mikkeli, Finland. Email: info@keepl.io.
2. The service and placing an order
Omaisuus.com is a digital service for managing asset information, locations and documents. A subscription provides access within the limits of the selected plan. Add-ons can increase the number of users, assets or locations, or the amount of storage. A service subscription does not include delivery of physical goods.
Starting a paid monthly subscription or an add-on subscription means entering an ongoing, automatically renewing subscription. This is not a one-off payment. Registering a free account alone does not start monthly card charges. Customers must provide accurate names and contact details and read these terms before purchasing.
3. Prices and delivery costs
Prices are stated in euros on the pricing page and during purchase. Consumer prices include VAT. Business prices indicate whether VAT is included or added. Selected add-ons increase the monthly fee according to their quantity and unit price. The base price and any separately agreed terms for business contracts are set out in the quotation or contract.
The service is delivered electronically. There are no delivery or postage charges.
4. Payment methods and card charges
Card payments are processed through Bambora / Worldline. Available payment methods are shown in the payment provider's checkout. Logos for accepted cards are displayed on the website.
The first monthly payment is charged when you purchase. The next payment for the base plan is charged when your paid access period ends, and monthly thereafter. If your account already has paid access remaining, the newly paid month is added to the end of that period. For a new add-on subscription, the first payment is charged when you purchase and subsequent payments occur at monthly intervals from the start of the subscription. Your card issuer's processing time may affect when the charge appears on your statement.
An ongoing subscription uses the card provided with the first payment for later monthly charges. Upgrading an active plan or adding add-ons changes the future monthly fee; the new price applies from the next monthly charge. The base plan and add-ons may have separate billing dates.
5. Delivery time and activation
Paid access or purchased additional allowances are activated when the payment provider confirms successful payment. Activation normally occurs as soon as that confirmation is received. If payment succeeds but your access does not update, contact info@keepl.io.
6. Contract duration, renewal and minimum commitment
A monthly subscription continues until cancelled. It renews automatically in monthly billing periods until you cancel automatic renewal. Consumer monthly subscriptions have no minimum commitment period or minimum number of months: you can cancel future charges at any time before the next charge. Refunds for periods already paid are subject to the withdrawal and defect provisions below.
The duration and commitment period of a separately negotiated business contract are determined by that contract. These terms do not limit consumers' mandatory rights.
7. Cancelling a monthly subscription
To cancel automatic renewal of your base plan, sign in and use the cancellation button for automatic monthly billing on the Settings page. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; the base plan remains available until the end of the period already paid.
Cancel an add-on subscription separately using the add-on subscription cancellation button in the add-ons section of Settings or the company page. This stops future add-on charges and removes the additional allowances immediately. If you want to use the additional allowances until the end of the paid period, contact customer service before cancelling. Cancelling the base plan does not automatically cancel a separate add-on subscription, and cancelling add-ons does not cancel the base plan.
You may also request cancellation by emailing info@keepl.io. Include your account email and identify the subscription to cancel. Do not email your card number or security code. Ordinary cancellation of monthly renewal does not itself entitle you to a refund for a paid period. Statutory withdrawal, defect and refund rights remain unaffected.
8. Consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from an online service contract within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason. Stopping automatic renewal and withdrawing from the original contract are different actions. Providing a digital service does not in itself remove the right of withdrawal.
You can give a clear notice of withdrawal by emailing info@keepl.io or by post to the address in section 1. You may use this model notice: “I hereby withdraw from my Omaisuus.com service subscription. Order date: __. Account email: __. Name and address: __. Date of notice: __.” Using this model is optional.
Payments refundable following withdrawal will be returned within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. If you expressly requested the service to start during the withdrawal period and received the information required by law, a reasonable, proportionate amount for the service already supplied may be charged where permitted by law. Merely signing in is not such a request. Activating access alone does not remove the right of withdrawal for an ongoing service.
Business customers do not have the 14-day consumer withdrawal right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. A returns policy for physical goods does not apply to this service subscription.
9. Complaints and liability for defects
Report a service defect or billing problem to info@keepl.io. Include your account email, the time of the incident and a description of the problem. We will remedy defects for which we are liable, free of charge and within a reasonable time, as required by consumer protection law.
Under applicable law, consumers are entitled to correction of a defect and, where appropriate, a price reduction, termination of the contract, a refund and compensation for losses. Liability for defects in a continuously supplied digital service covers the entire agreed supply period. Fixed two- or three-year complaint periods for goods do not determine liability for this ongoing service. These terms do not restrict statutory rights or obligations.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The contract is governed by Finnish law. Consumers retain any protection provided by mandatory consumer law in their country of residence that cannot be removed by a choice of law.
Please first try to resolve disagreements with our customer service. In Finland, consumers can contact Consumer Advisory Services and refer a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board. Consumers retain the right to bring a case before a competent court.
11. Personal data
Our processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
